Little Forklift Fans Take Over the Dealership!
"Take Your Child to Work Day" at Burns Industrial Equipment is one of the year's most fun (and adorable) days. Our shop floor turns into a mini adventure zone, filled with curious kids in hard hats and wide eyes, ready to learn.
From the moment they arrive, it’s all about hands-on fun—checking out the forklifts up close, learning how they lift heavy stuff, and even honking the horn (safely!). Our techs become teachers, showing the kids what goes into keeping these machines running smoothly.
Lunchtime was a highlight, with pizza, laughs, and lots of “I didn’t know you did that at work” moments. The day wrapped up with outdoor games, gifts, and plenty of stories to take home.It’s not just a field trip—it’s a chance for kids to see their parents in action and maybe even dream of joining the team one day. We’re already counting down to next year!
