Terry, one of the four Burns siblings deeply committed to their father Joe Burns' vision, has played a pivotal role in the family business established half a century ago.

During her tenure as sales coordinator and office manager, Terry's contributions were essential in the seamless operation of the company headquarters. Her role extended far beyond titles; she was the cornerstone of organizational efficiency and played a crucial part in every milestone of Burns' growth. From overseeing the construction of the Warrendale headquarters to managing the expanding team of sales coordinators, Terry's leadership and dedication shaped Burns' success story.

Starting her journey in 1982 after graduating from Edinboro State College, Terry joined a small team at Burns, witnessing and contributing to its transformation into a thriving enterprise. Her departure leaves a significant void, as her expertise and commitment are irreplaceable. Terry's impact on Burns Industrial Equipment and her colleagues will be deeply missed.
