Job Objective:
To ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely distribution of parts and other products while maintaining professional and courteous working relationships with internal staff and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect parts and other products to and from customers, suppliers, and company locations
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Load, secure, organize, and unload products as required
- Maintain company vehicle in a clean, organized, and professional condition at all times
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including oil, fluids, tires, and general condition
- Report any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management immediately
- Use GPS navigation systems and demonstrate familiarity with the geographic territory of the customer base
- Obtain required paperwork, documentation, and customer signatures for all deliveries and pickups
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop when not making deliveries
- Represent and promote the best interests of the company when interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to frequently lift up to 60 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Proficient in operating and parking larger vehicles
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong time-management and reliability skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years or older
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
